The inspiration began at home. Parth grew up admiring his mother Usha’s magic in the kitchen — her handcrafted sweets, especially her iconic kulfi, became legendary among family and friends. At the same time, he looked up to his father Umesh, whose decades of experience in the tea trade and branding world brought business sense and vision to the table.
Having lived in Allahabad, a city famous for its rich culinary culture, the Kesarwanis always knew the power of nostalgic flavours. Pistascia was born from this heritage — a brand built on real memories, real ingredients, and a real love for food.
Since our first order in 2015, we’ve grown steadily, delivering joy across cities and homes. Every product is crafted with care, balancing tradition with a fresh twist.
