I. Delivery Areas

We currently offer next-day delivery (Orders placed before 10 AM) to the following regions:

- Mumbai (up to Dahisar on the Western suburbs)

- Navi Mumbai (up to Panvel)

- Thane

II. How We Ship

To ensure your kulfi reaches you in perfect condition:

- All orders are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice, keeping them frozen during transit.

- Kulfis remain frozen when they are delivered, so you can safely receive and store them in your home freezer.

III. Delivery Timelines

- Orders placed before 10 AM are eligible for next-day delivery.

- Orders placed after 10 AM will be scheduled for delivery on the day after next.

IV. Delivery Days

- We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends.

- Delivery timings may vary between 10 AM to 8 PM depending on your location.

V. Minimum Order Value

- A minimum cart value of ₹1,000 is required to place an order.

VI. Important Notes

- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

- In case of delivery issues (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability), we will re-attempt delivery of your order within 24 hours at an additional cost.

We will not be able to deliver after that as our products are perishable.
